ORDERS
- Before we can release your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with you or your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
- If you are shipping to a different address than the billing, this will cause a slight delay in processing your order.
- Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or adjusted. To make an adjustment to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order.
- You may send an order back for an exchange. No Refunds.
- All orders are processed within 1-3 workings days and shipped from Greece. Allow us to rest on weekends and public holidays. Keep in mind that during busy periods, such as sales, order processing may take longer. All orders are traceable via a tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- We do not offer any price adjustments once an order is shipped.

SAY NO MORE WEAR ships worldwide, with few exceptions. Depending on your country, you have the following delivery options:
Greece
Orders within Greece are shipped with SPEEDEX. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work address. Standard delivery hours are between 8:00 and 17:00 on weekdays and if you’re not available on first attempt, SPEEDEX will be in touch to schedule a more suitable time of delivery. SPEEDEX will attempt no more than three delivery attempts; after that the parcel will be returned to us.

International
International orders are shipped with DHL Express. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work address. In the case of DHL, delivery hours are between 8:00 and 17:00 on weekdays and if you’re not available on first attempt, DHL will be in touch to schedule a more suitable time of delivery.

Note that outside the EU, your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. SAY NO MORE WEAR does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by SAY NO MORE WEAR.
