1. Order Verification: Before releasing your purchase, we may need to verify details with you or your card issuer. Our aim is to minimize delays in this process.

2. Shipping to a Different Address: Shipping to an address different from the billing may cause a slight processing delay.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations: Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or adjusted. Adjustments can be made through the exchange process after order receipt.

4. Returns and Refunds: Orders are eligible for exchanges only; refunds are not offered.

5. Processing and Shipping Times: All orders are processed within 1-3 working days and shipped from Greece. Processing times may extend during busy periods, and orders are traceable via the provided tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Weekends and Holidays: Please allow for weekends and public holidays. Rest assured, we aim for swift processing, even during busy periods.

7. Price Adjustments: We do not offer price adjustments once an order is shipped.

Shipping

SAY NO MORE WEAR ships worldwide, with few exceptions. Depending on your country, you have the following delivery options:

Greece

Orders within Greece are shipped with SPEEDEX. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work address. Standard delivery hours are between 8:00 and 17:00 on weekdays and if you’re not available on first attempt, SPEEDEX will be in touch to schedule a more suitable time of delivery. SPEEDEX will attempt no more than three delivery attempts; after that the parcel will be returned to us.

International

International orders are shipped with DHL Express. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work address. In the case of DHL, delivery hours are between 8:00 and 17:00 on weekdays and if you’re not available on first attempt, DHL will be in touch to schedule a more suitable time of delivery.

Note that outside the EU, your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. SAY NO MORE WEAR does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by SAY NO MORE WEAR.
