Return Process

Once your return package is en route to our warehouse, the return processinitiates. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll promptly notify youof its acceptance or declination. Please note that this assessment may takeup to 5 business days from the moment your return tracking informationindicates “Delivered.” For returns and replacements please contact usat

Can I get a refund ?

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds for non defective items.

Can I exchange my item ?

Items can be exchanged for another size of the same product or converted into store credit if the preferred size is out of stock. Replacements are accepted within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date. Our team will thoroughly inspect all returned items upon receipt. You can make only ONE CHANGE to each product. And the items must be completely unworn and with the tags attached. All sale items , and items on special offers can not be exchanged.

Can you help with a damaged product ?

We apologize if you received a damaged item. If delivered defective, not as described, or missing parts, a total refund (purchase price + original shipping)
is eligible. Please send a photo of the damaged product to with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 day return window cannot be returned or refunded. If the item got damaged during shipping ,in that case there won’t be any replacements and you should file a claim with the carrier.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes we offer international shipping to most countries .
International orders are shipped with DHL Express. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work address. In the case of DHL, delivery hours are between 8:00 and 17:00 on weekdays and if you’re not available on first attempt, DHL will be in touch to schedule a more suitable time of delivery.

Note that outside the EU, your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. SAY NO MORE WEAR does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by SAY NO MORE WEAR.

What payment options do you accept ?

a. Credit / Debit Cards: We accept major international credit and debit cards, including VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMEX, and
UNION PAY. Payment for your order is made by credit or debit card through the secure Viva Payments environment. Credit card
information is encrypted and directly transmitted to the payment provider, bypassing the Seller's servers. Payment is charged at the time of order placement.

b. Installment Payment System: The platform offers installment payment via Klarna, allowing clients to defer payment in 3 monthly installments.
Clients using this method will be redirected to Klarna's website to complete the payment process. The Seller is not responsible for Klarna's decision to recognize or deny installment payment.

c. Bank Transfer: Payment of your order is made by direct deposit in a bank or through winbank. (direct bank transfer)
 The corporate account is located at Piraeus Bank. For any payment from another bank the commission for the bank transfer is charged to the depositor.

What is Klarna and how does it work?

Klarna is a buy now, pay later  service. With Klarna , users can split theirpurchases into four equal payments, without any interest.
